I used to be exactly where you are: confused by contradictory nutrition advice and frustrated with my lack of progress. I spent years chasing the "perfect body" only to feel more defeated.

I eventually discovered that sustainable results come from strength training, flexible nutrition, and mental self-compassion. I built this program to cut through the noise and give you the exact framework that changed my life and the lives of hundreds of other women.

Yes, a gym membership is required for this coaching program.

While I understand that stepping into a gym can feel intimidating, I firmly believe the gym environment is a critical component of your transformation, extending far beyond the physical changes.

Your program is designed to deliver physical change, but more importantly, mental resilience. And this happens by doing challenging things, such as going to the gym.
⏰ I have a very busy schedule. How much time will this actually take?
We understand that time is your most valuable asset, which is why our programs are designed to fit seamlessly into a busy schedule, not disrupt it.

Based on the information from your onboarding questionnaire, I get an in-depth understanding of your circumstances. Your training program can be designed to fit your schedule with as few as three (3) training sessions per week. And I focus on making nutrition manageable. Simple tasks like meal prepping twice a week can take less than an hour, allowing you to quickly grab your nutritious meals on the go.

Introducing small changes can lead to significant, long-term results.
💪 How soon will I see results?
Most clients feel more energetic within week 1, see strength gains by week 3, and notice visible body changes by week 6.
📏 Will I have to track / count my calories?
Yes, you will be required to track your calories, initially.

Calorie tracking is your secret weapon for long-term, sustainable results. Unlike diets that end, calorie tracking teaches you critical knowledge about the calories in the foods you eat, portion sizes, and macronutrient content (even for your favorites!).

When you eventually stop tracking, you will have built a strong, intuitive foundation for understanding how much and what you need to eat, ensuring your results last long-term.
